Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily operations and management of parking garage facilities.
    Monitor parking areas, entrances, exits, and access points.
  • Help coordinate parking operations during Hawks games and special events.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, and day to day supervision.
  • Provide customer service and help resolve parking-related questions and issues. Coordinate with security, facilities, event operations and building management teams.
  • Monitor the cleanliness, safety, lighting, signage and equipment of the garage.
  • Assist with maintenance requests and report facility issues.
  • Help track parking capacity, usage, revenue and operational data.
  • Support coordination of suppliers and contractors when maintenance or services are required.
  • Assist in the implementation of parking safety procedures, policies and standards.
  • Prepare operational reports, schedules and other administrative documents.
  • Help identify operational problems and recommend practical improvements.
  • Support other event management facilities and projects as assigned.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and event/game days when required.
  • Previous experience in parking, facilities, transportation, automotive service or operations may be preferred.
